At Bugaloo & You, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. Shipping
All shipping is tracked through Canada Post and will be charged exact shipping. If you require shipping through an alternative carrier please message us for quotes and availability.
Returns & Warranty
No Returns. All products inspected prior to shipping and lightboxes are covered through manufacturer warranty for 30 days. Replacement of acrylic panels will be determined on case by case basis.
Orders
Please allow up to 48 hours for standard order processing. Custom orders are done on appointment basis and a limited amount of custom orders will be accepted by our graphic team per month. There is a $5 deposit for customized graphics.

We only accept Paypal at this time.
